Health and Safety

· We have a dedicated QHSE department championed by a senior manager and supported by a Safety Co-ordinator and a team of representatives of employee safety.

· We are committed to the prevention of accidents and ill health in the workplace and to meeting all applicable safety legislation.

· We are currently working to improve our safety management system to achieve certification to OHSAS 18001:2007.

Environment

· We pride of our new premises which we built incorporating sustainability elements such as insulation, ample natural daylight, energy efficient compressed air system and space/water heating, natural ventilation, smart control systems (timers, sensors), surface water drainage soakaways.

· We are committed to DfE (design for environment) principles demonstrated by our well integrated engineering design and manufacturing/production teams in order to minimize the environmental impact of our product realization processes.

· We pride that we purchase all of our electricity from a green energy supplier (100% of the electricity we use comes from renewable sources).

· We operate and implement an environmental management system certified to ISO 14001:2004 (LRQA). The system is championed by a senior manager and supported by a team of environmental representatives.
